Telecaller

📞 Job Title: TelecallerSalary: ₹12,000 to ₹23,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

• Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers

• Maintain daily call records and reports

• Provide correct information to customers in a polite manner

• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)

• Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage

• Ability to handle customers professionally

• Basic computer knowledge

Working Hours:

• Full-time / Part-time (as per company requirement)
