Position Title:- Telecalling Executive – Loan Recovery

Department:- Collections / Recovery

Location:- Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Job Summary:-

Responsible for contacting customers to remind them about their pending loan payments, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan amounts.

Provide payment details and assist with repayment procedures.

Maintain accurate data of recovered and pending amounts.

Handle customer queries politely and resolve payment-related concerns.

Escalate cases of non-cooperation or disputes to the supervisor.

Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

Skills & Requirements:-

Good communication skills in Hindi

Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.

Ability to handle pressure and maintain a professional tone.
