Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

📝 Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate who will manage IndiaMART and Instagram customer handling, product promotion, and lead conversion activities.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Handle and respond to customer inquiries from IndiaMART and Instagram promptly
• Showcase and explain products professionally to potential customers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Manage and update product listings on IndiaMART
• Upload new products with proper descriptions, pricing, and images
• Create and post regular content on Instagram (Posts, Stories, Reels)
• Shoot and edit basic product videos and reels
• Generate daily leads and maintain customer database
• Coordinate with sales team for order confirmation and dispatch
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• ✅ Requirements:Basic knowledge of Instagram marketing and IndiaMART platform
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of product photography & reel creation
• Understanding of lead generation and follow-up process
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Experience in social media handling is preferred
• 💼 Preferred Skills:Canva or basic video editing knowledge
• Customer handling experience
• Strong negotiation skills
