Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential students/clients.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain follow-up with leads and convert them into admissions/sales.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone/WhatsApp.
- Update daily call reports in CRM/Excel.
- Maintain polite and positive communication with clients.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Confident and polite speaking tone.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp Web).
- Ability to learn fast and handle pressure.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
