Job Description
उन ग्राहकों को कॉल करना जिनकी मासिक किस्त (EMI) देय तिथि (Due Date) निकल चुकी है।
ग्राहक को विनम्रतापूर्वक बताना कि उनकी EMI क्यों बकाया है और बकाया राशि कितनी है।
को जल्द से जल्द EMI जमा करने के लिए प्रेरित करना और उन्हें भुगतान के तरीकों (online, bank transfer, etc.) की जानकारी देना।
ग्राहक से पूछना कि वे किस तारीख तक EMI का भुगतान करेंगे और इस वादे को रिकॉर्ड करना
यदि ग्राहक ने भुगतान का वादा किया है, तो उस तारीख को या उससे पहले फॉलो-अप कॉल करना ताकि भुगतान सुनिश्चित हो सके।
