Telecalling Executive

Udyama POS is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive (Back Office) to support our sales operations and help drive business growth. The candidate will assist the sales team with customer coordination, lead management, and backend sales processes.

Eligibility

Qualification: Must be a Graduate

Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Gender: Male / Female both can apply

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer communication.

Maintain and update sales data, leads, and client records.

Coordinate with internal departments.

Follow up with customers for orders and payments.

Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a team
