Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, Voice SMS & OTP SMS services. 📞
Identify customer needs and explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details in CRM or lead management system.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance goals. 🎯
Provide product demos or coordinate with the technical team when required.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
