Job Description
- Telecaller – AMC & Business Development ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and receive inbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and other company services.
- Follow up with current AMC customers for renewals, upgrades, and service reminders.
- Identify new business opportunities by explaining products/services and understanding customer needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for AMC, service contracts, and additional business offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Coordinate with the service, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of AMC contracts.
- Handle customer queries related to AMC coverage, pricing, terms, and service schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales and renewal targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Collect market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information to support business development strategy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups
