Telecalling Executive

Live Detective Network India is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide accurate information about our detective and investigation services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude while dealing with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and explain services clearly and professionally
• Generate and qualify leads for investigation services
• Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up status
• Understand client requirements and forward leads to the concerned team
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams when required
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (English preferred)
• Ability to convince and handle clients politely
• Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel, CRM is a plus)
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred (freshers can apply)
