Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products and services clearly
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer database
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM system

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
• Good listening skills
• Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
