Telecalling, Sales & Social Media Reel Creator (All-in-One)

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Social Media Executive who can handle telecalling, sales closing, Instagram marketing, and product reel creation.

If you are confident in selling over calls and also skilled in creating engaging product reels, this role is for you.

Work Mode:

• Work From Home
• Work From Office (Flexible option available)

Salary & Incentives:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Fixed Salary per month
• Up to ₹10,000 Monthly Incentives (Performance-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Telecalling:

• Make outbound calls and convert leads into customers
• Handle B2B and B2C sales
• Follow up with clients and close deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Social Media & Marketing:

• Run and manage Instagram Ads campaigns
• Perform Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Handle Instagram page growth and engagement
• Manage social media inquiries and convert them into sales

Reels & Product Content Creation:

• Shoot product reels (for office-based role)
• Create engaging Instagram reels for product promotion
• Edit short-form videos professionally
• Use trending concepts and hooks to increase reach
• Create conversion-focused product content

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or sales
• Experience in social media marketing preferred
• Knowledge of reel creation and basic video editing
• Understanding of B2B and B2C sales
• Good communication skills (Hindi and Basic English)
• Target-driven and creative mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of Instagram Ads Manager
• Understanding of performance marketing
