Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers, explain products or services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers

Explain products or services clearly and answer customer questions

Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as per role)

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

Follow call scripts and company guidelines

Handle customer objections politely and professionally

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Coordinate with the sales or support team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

Good verbal communication skills (local language + basic English)

Ability to persuade and negotiate

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, or calling software)

Patience, confidence, and a positive attitude

Experience
