Job Description
- Contact dealers, distributors and retailers via phone to promote company products like fertilizers, pesticides and micronutrients.
- Explain product benefits, usage and schemes to customers and generate interest in the products.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales orders.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing dealers to increase repeat orders.
- Inform customers about new product launches, discounts and promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to process orders smoothly.
- Maintain daily call records, customer database and sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information from dealers and customers.
