Job Overview:We are hiring a Telecalling Executive for a reputed textile company in Jaipur. The role involves communicating with clients regarding payments, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact clients to follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding invoices and dues.
• Resolve basic payment-related queries professionally.
• Update payment records and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment tracking.
• Build and maintain good client relationships.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer handling.
• Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English preferred).
• Polite and professional behavior while handling clients.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
• Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
