We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our IT sales and support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining IT products and services. They will also provide basic support and guidance to clients over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services.
• Follow up with inbound leads and inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Identify and understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for further discussions and demonstrations.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate technical issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach while dealing with clients.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve services and offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Education: Graduation in any field (Preferred: IT, Business, or related fields).

✅ Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (IT industry experience is a plus).

✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

✅ Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products, software, or services.

✅ Sales & Negotiation: Ability to persuade and generate leads.

✅ Customer Handling: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

✅ Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email handling.

✅ Time Management: Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
