Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls (or handling inbound calls), explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make Outbound calls to potential and existing customers using provided data
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
• Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
• Handle customer objections politely and effectively
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive company representation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
