Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel
- Follow up with interested clients to close sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Comfortable with calling and target-based work
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
- Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
