🎯 Position: Telecalling Sales ExecutiveLocation: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Sales / Telecalling / Digital Marketing Services

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
• Generate leads and convert them into active clients.
• Promote and sell the following company services:
• 
  
• Website, App & Game Development
• Advertising & Digital Marketing
• Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bulk SMS, Bulk IVR
• Political Promotions & Bulk WhatsApp Services
• Song, Music & Movie Promotions
• Graphic Design, Poster Making & Video Editing
• Profile Handling & Growth Services
• Software & CRM Solutions
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 💰 Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary : ₹12,000 per month (No PF deduction — direct account credit)
• Incentives : 3% incentive on sales above ₹2,00,000 per month
• Allowances :
• ₹1,500 Travel Allowance (applicable only if travel exceeds 2 km)
• ₹1,500 Rent Allowance (if employee stays on rent)
• Salary Increment: Every 6 months (5%–10% based on performance, sales target achievement, and behavior)
