We are looking for a dedicated candidate for a Telecalling and Field Agent Coordinator role in the banking services sector. The candidate will be responsible for hiring, managing, and coordinating field agents, along with ensuring sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling to hire field agents for banking services
• Coordinating with agents on daily basis
• Taking daily attendance of agents
• Ensuring agents are actively working in the field
• Driving sales through field agents
• Supporting agents after onboarding and guiding them to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of banking services (preferred)
• Ability to handle team and coordinate efficiently
• Sales-oriented mindset
