Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our education academy. The role involves counseling students, promoting courses, and ensuring excellent student engagement and follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses and admission processes
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and exam preparation
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain and update student data in CRM/system
• Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes
• Resolve basic queries and ensure high student satisfaction
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with academic and admission teams
• Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and targets
• Prior experience in education, sales, or telecalling is an advantage
