Job Description
- Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Lead Generation Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lead lists or databases.
- Product Presentation: Effectively communicate and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services to potential customers.
- Sales Conversion: Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification through product presentation and ultimately, closing the sale.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics (e.g., talk time, contacts made).
- 2. Customer Relationship Management Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to determine suitability, needs, and purchasing power before transferring them to senior sales staff or converting the sale directly.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely and strategic follow-up calls with potential clients who showed interest or requested additional information.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly approach, ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and escalated appropriately.
- 3. Reporting and Documentation CRM Management: Accurately log all call activity, interactions, and results into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on sales progress, market feedback, and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.
- Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar outbound calling environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in language(s), e.g., English and Hindi/regional language.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- PreferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling B2B software.
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as rapport-building, overcoming objections, and closing strategies.
- Essential Skills & Attributes Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Active Listening: Excellent listening skills to accurately identify customer needs and pain points.
- Articulation: Clear, energetic, and engaging phone presence.
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and prioritize daily tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, willing to share best practices and contribute to team success.
