Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate sales, provide customer support, or promote services. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.

Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Provide detailed information about products/services and answer customer questions.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language as required].

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
