Job Role: Telecaller Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller Sales Executives to join our Jaipur office. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients (leads provided by the company), explaining our services, and converting them into paying customers.

• Key Responsibilities : Call leads generated through Meta Ads and other marketing campaigns.
• Explain company services clearly and confidently to clients.
• Convince customers to make payments and close deals.
• Coordinate with the sales manager for daily updates and reporting.
• Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for salary and incentives.
• Requirements : Minimum 6 months of telecalling or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital services will be a plus.
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working from the office full-time.
• Salary & Conditions : Salary: Based on performance. Only candidates who achieve the monthly sales target will receive a salary.

• Notice Period: A 30-day notice period is mandatory. Leaving the job without notice will result in non-payment of any salary.
