Job Description
- Lead and motivate a telesales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly STPL/PL loan sales targets
- Monitor teams daily performance and provide feedback and support to improve productivity
- Drive outbound calling campaigns and reviewing customer interactions to improve the quality
- Co-ordinate with the field sales team
- Handle escalated complex customer queries and regular followups with sales team for timely closure
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and call quality standards
- Manage team schedule & attendance
Required Skills:
- Graduate in any stream
- 2-4 years of telesales experience in banking (preferably in PL/ SME loan /LAP)
- Strong knowledge of lending process, credit policies
- Experience with CRM/tele-calling tools
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Good communication skills
