Job Description
- ds through cold calling, references, and follow-ups
- Explain company products such as customized mugs, t-shirts, bottles, corporate gift items, and sublimation services
- Sales & ConversionUnderstand client requirements and propose suitable products or combos
- Share quotations, catalogs, and samples via WhatsApp or email
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Client Coordination & Follow-upRegular follow-ups with interested and existing clients
- Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch team for order execution
- Ensure timely order confirmation and payment follow-up
- CRM & ReportingMaintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Update customer data and sales status regularly
- Submit daily call and sales reports to the reporting manager
