Job Description
Job Title: Telecollection Executive
Location: Jaipur
CTC: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Lucrative Incentives)
Working Days: 6 Days
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers over calls for payment collection
- Remind customers about due/overdue payments
- Maintain accurate call and collection records
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Resolve customer queries related to payments
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of telecalling/collections preferred
- Freshers can apply
