Job Description:

We are hiring Telecollection Executives responsible for calling customers to follow up on overdue payments and ensuring timely collections. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve queries
• Maintain collection records and update systems
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
