Telecollection Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Collections / Debt Recovery

Location: Mansarovar Jaipur

Department: Collections / Recovery

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment reminders and overdue collections.
• Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and repayment options clearly to customers.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and encourage timely payments.
• Negotiate payment commitments and update customer responses in the system.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment promises.
• Escalate difficult or non-responsive cases to senior collection officers.
• Ensure ethical and compliant recovery practices as per RBI and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with field collection teams when required.
• Achieve daily/monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or debt recovery preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and local language (English preferred).
• Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations calmly.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel).
• Target-oriented with good negotiation skills.
• Experience0–2 years experience in telecalling or loan collection.
