Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our IndiaMART team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing sellers, explaining IndiaMART’s services, generating leads, and ensuring successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to sellers to promote IndiaMART services
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Convert leads into paid or verified suppliers
• Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries

Requirements:

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales/telecalling experience preferred
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
