Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: VKIA Road no 1, Jaipur

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 2 years in sales (preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident teleSales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain healthy relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and feedback to ensure high conversion rates.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare and share daily or weekly sales reports with management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with potential customers.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client handling.
• Good command over English and Hindi.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
