Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telesales calls to prospective international clients

Generate qualified leads and build a pipeline of new business.

Promote company’s import/export services to overseas clients.

Manage B2B, B2C, and Channel Sales through telesales.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.

Maintain client databases, call logs, and sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
