Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Female Telesales Executive  in Jaipur to generate and qualify leads for our insurance and financial products.

The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, explaining basic product benefits, and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases
• Generate quality leads for insurance and financial products (Life, Health, Motor, Investment, Loans, etc.)
• Explain basic product features & benefits clearly to customers
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects
• Fix appointments / callbacks for senior sales advisors
• Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead targets
• Follow company scripts, compliance, and calling standards
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• 0–3 years experience in telesales, telecalling, or call center (Insurance/Finance preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products (training will be provided)
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Skills RequiredStrong verbal communication & convincing skills
• Customer handling & follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
