Telesales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with pre-qualified or interested leads and convert them into confirmed sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and persuasion. This is not a cold-calling role — you will be working with warm/interested leads and are expected to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

The core accountability of this role is lead-to-sales conversion. Agents will be expected to:

• Contact interested/warm leads promptly and conduct structured sales conversations
• Understand customer needs and match them with the appropriate product or service
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and compelling manner
• Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward a purchase decision
• Follow up with undecided prospects in a timely and professional manner
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
• Provide feedback on lead quality and customer queries to the sales manager
