Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and installers to promote solar products.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product details, quotations, and pricing information.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Coordinate with the field sales and logistics team for order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
