Core Job Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Sales: Contact potential customers to promote, sell, and schedule appointments for products or services.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify prospective customers and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Customer Communication: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly while answering questions to build interest.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate logs of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly quotas for call volume, leads generated, and sales closed.
• Follow-ups: Reconnect with leads to move them toward a final sale, increasing customer retention and satisfaction.
• Objection Handling: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally to overcome objections and prevent negative feedback.
