Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

• Explain products/services and their benefits clearly

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships

• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally

• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic understanding of sales process

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)

• Fluency in Hindi and basic English (local language is a plus)

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage
