Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Make outbound calls to potential customers who want to improve their health.

Customer Consulting: Understand customer needs and suggest the right supplements.

Objection Handling: Customers ke doubts aur price concerns ko effectively handle karna aur trust build karna.

CRM Update: Daily call records aur follow-ups ko Excel ya CRM software mein accurately maintain karna.

Target Achievement: Daily aur weekly sales targets meet karna to earn massive incentives!

Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass or any Graduate (Nutrition/Biology background is a big plus).

Language: Must be fluent in Hindi and have a good command of English.

Experience: At least 6 months in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support. Freshers are welcome if they have "Great Communication Skills."

Skills: Convincing approach, polite behavior, and the ability to handle rejection with a smile.

Technical: Basic computer knowledge aur smartphone use karna aana chahiye.
