Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to act as the primary point of contact for patients. You will represent two of Rajasthan’s leading medical facilities: Dr. Vijay ENT Hospital, specializing in advanced ear, nose, and throat surgeries, and Skin Win Clinic, a premier center for dermatology and hair transplants. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between patient inquiries and clinical consultations, ensuring a seamless healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle inquiries regarding ENT surgeries (e.g., Rhinoplasty, Microsurgery) and aesthetic treatments (e.g., Laser Hair Reduction, Hair Transplants).
• Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments for both clinics using our CRM system.
