Job Description: Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Location: As per company requirement

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads provided by the company

Explain company products/services clearly (loan, finance, sales, etc.)

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Generate leads and follow up regularly

Maintain call records and update customer details

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and target goals

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

Confident and polite phone manner

Ability to convince and handle objections

Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel is a plus)

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support

Knowledge of loan/finance products (if applicable)
