Telesales Executive

Job Summary-

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities-

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
• Handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide after-sales support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
• Communication, convincing skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.

Educational Requirements-

Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline preferred).

Experience-

• Freshers can apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales or calling roles preferred.

Salary-

₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives

Working Hours-

• 8 hours shift (Day shift)
• 6 days working
