Telesales Executive

NK Associates is a professional consultancy firm offering services in Income Tax, GST, Company Registration, ROC Compliance, Accounting, and Other Financial Advisory Services. We are expanding our client outreach and looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain our taxation and compliance services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads generated through ads or campaigns.
• Maintain accurate call and lead records in the system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with senior team members.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Build and maintain good client relationships with professionalism and courtesy.
• RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools).
• Confident, polite, and good at convincing clients.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
