Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Cold Calling A Telesales Executive for a car service center is responsible for selling the center's services over the phone to potential customers. They will typically be responsible for: 1.Making outbound calls to potential customers 2.Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads 3.Scheduling appointments for customers to visit the center 4.Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business 5.Meeting or exceeding sales targets 6.Keeping accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in a CRM system 7.Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor information In addition to these responsibilities, a Telesales Executive may also be expected to have knowledge of the services offered by the car service center and to be able to answer customer questions and address concerns.
