Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about ToppersNotes.com courses, study materials, and academic solutions.
• Understand student needs, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Generate enrollments through inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and digital leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Clearly explain course structure, pricing, benefits, and learning outcomes.
• Handle objections professionally and guide students through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate student data, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with content, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
• Participate in admission drives, counseling sessions, seminars, and promotional events.
• Stay updated on educational trends, competitive offerings, and examination patterns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Management preferred).
• Prior experience in academic counseling, education sales, or admissions (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
• Ability to counsel, persuade, and guide students ethically.
• Target-driven with a student-centric approach.
• Good listening skills and empathy toward student concerns.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Energetic, patient, and resilient under pressure.
