**Key Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.

- Communicate clearly and effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and follow through on inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customers.

- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and develop leads into reliable customer accounts.

- Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and achieve team goals.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to effectively answer customer queries.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language (additional languages are a plus).

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

- Proficient in using CRM software and telecommunication systems.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in a fast-paced environment.
