Job Description
Role: Telesales Executive We are looking for motivated and confident candidates to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, relationship building, and converting leads into sales.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new & existing customers from B2B platforms (like Indiamart, WhatsApp, inbound enquiries).
- Explain product details (fabric, pricing, quality, sizes, delivery, etc.)
- Convert leads into orders and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Follow up with clients and maintain sales records.
- For BDE role – connect with retailers/wholesalers across India & generate new business.
- Maintain daily reporting of calls, enquiries, and sales targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English
- Confident, persuasive, and strong follow-up ability
- Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge
- Experience in telesales / BPO / retail / textile sales preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
