Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
