Job Description
The Telecaller is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers via telephone. The primary goal is to generate interest in solar solutions, qualify leads based on their requirements (roof space, electricity bill, budget), and schedule appointments for the field sales team. They must maintain a clean database and follow up consistently with cold or lukewarm leads.
KRA: Lead Qualification, Appointment Setting, and CRM Updating.
KPI: Call Productivity: 60+ connected calls per day.
Appointment Ratio: Number of "Qualified Site Visits" fixed weekly.
Data Accuracy: 100% update of lead status in the tracking sheet.
