About the Role

CarDekho is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to expand its Used Car Dealer Network. You will connect with used car dealers, introduce CarDekho’s platform offerings, onboard new partners, and help them grow their business through our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to used car dealers via outbound calls and generate leads

Pitch CarDekho products/services and convert prospects into active dealers

Onboard new dealers and guide them through platform usage

Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners

Drive sales and achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets

Maintain accurate data and follow-ups through CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless dealer support

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales

(Preferably in automobile, e-commerce, or B2B platforms)

Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English

Additional regional language skills are a plus

Basic knowledge of the used car market preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
