Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle and manage state-wise customers and business partners.

Maintain strong and professional relationships with partners.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely completion of work assigned by customers/partners.

Deliver completed work to customers and ensure satisfaction.

Prepare and share day-to-day work reports.

Manage customer handling and resolve queries effectively.

Provide complete product knowledge and process guidance to partners.

Maintain smooth workflow between customers, partners, and internal teams.

Handle tough situations and manage dissatisfied customers professionally.

Maintain and update records in Excel sheets.

Track invoices and follow up on pending payments.
