Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our IT company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, promoting IT solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in technology and working on online leads

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT products and services.

Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.

Provide product information and address customer queries.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Follow up with prospects and customers to build strong relationships.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of IT services or products is a plus.

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (preferably in IT).

Basic understanding of IT solutions and services.

High school diploma or equivalent.
